Why outsource your selection process to SERVITALENT?

One of the reasons that our clients choose us to carry out their selection process is that, after an incorporation, we offer a replacement guarantee within a period arranged beforehand and agreed between the client and Servitalent. 

But what do we mean with this guarantee? The guarantee of a replacement implies that the recruitment and selection process contracted by the client shall be repeated at no extra cost, when they consider that the candidate selected does not meet the selection requirements established in the contract. 

This guarantee period applies from the selected person’s first day of work in the company and continues for the agreed period. 

Furthermore, in order to progress the replacement process, before finalising the time for executing the guarantee, we send the client and the candidate a questionnaire regarding their satisfaction with the incorporation, to find out if the person is really working out and whether they have felt at ease with their role and their work team.

But the replacement guarantee is not a wild card allowing the client to continue seeking the ‘one in a million’ over a longer period of time, but is subject to compliance with a series of requirements. Therefore, the guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • Once the period of replacement agreed in the contract for the service, set out in the list of conditions, has passed.
  • In the case of a substantial modification of the person profile which implies a new search.
  • In the case of the client not having completed the behavioural profile PDA ®.
  • If a dismissal is requested which references economic, technical, organisational reasons, or reasons connected with production and/or not reaching a specified level of sales.
  • Because of illness, death or disability which prevents the person returning to work.
  • In the case of all the steps in the process not having been completed, at the express request of the client.
  • In the case of there not being any direct communication with the line and/or section manager of the post applied for during the selection process.
  • If the payment conditions for the service fees have not been complied with.
  • If our Code of Conduct has not been complied with.
  • If the initial hiring agreement has not been signed (electronic signature of the business proposal).


This guarantee may only be applied once per process, i.e. once it has been executed, if the client wishes to carry out another process, it will be a new proposal and a new process, with the cost to be agreed in advance.
