Servitalent participates in the Talentor Partner Meeting 2022

Despite all the uncertainties that surround us, the world continues to turn, and major international events return to our agendas in person. On March 31st and April 1st, the Talentor Partner Meeting 2022 was held in Riga. This is one of the two major events, along with the Talentor Summit, held annually by this well-known international network of headhunters to which we belong: Servitalent is Talentor Spain.

The main objective of this meeting held in Latvia is none other than to share experiences and strengthen relationships between member countries through an intense program of working sessions talking about the Executive Search business and, in general, the challenges faced by international recruitment companies in the coming months. The meeting started with a moving video testimonial from our partners in Ukraine who, for obvious reasons, were unable to join us. There were also numerous expressions of solidarity through actions carried out by the different countries, with special mention to the Czech Republic. Great!!!

In this edition, in which 17 countries have participated, Servitalent has had a prominent role making two presentations, one on Interim Management and another on the upcoming launch of a global report on talent management that Talentor International will launch in the coming weeks. Both presentations were given by our CEO, Alberto Fernández Varela.

In addition, our Head of Communication and Digital Marketing, Manto Antoniotti Solares, joined the event remotely presenting the results and success stories as head of the global marketing group of the network motivating the attendees to carry out joint marketing actions, being to date a group with a remarkable performance within the network.

The conclusions have been many and the to-do list to advance our expansion as a global recruitment services provider is numerous, challenging and very satisfying. However, and perhaps most importantly since joining this international network, learning about international operations continues to enhance our value proposition to our clients.

After the spectacular organizational work done by Talentor International and Talentor Latvia in this edition, we are already looking forward to meet again at the Talentor Summit 2022 to be held at the end of September in Italy.
