  • Phase I: Alignment
    1. Preliminary analysis:
      We work with the client to analyze the search needs in the target country as well as the motivations behind the international process before starting.
    2. Resolving questions:
      We address the client's questions in advance regarding the future search and subsequent hiring process with the local team (search difficulties in the sector, market conditions, local regulations, timelines, salary levels, etc.).
    3. Meeting with the local team:
      We schedule a preliminary meeting with the local team to agree on the search plan before it is implemented.
  • Phase II: Recruitment
    1. Local databases:
      The local team works with their own databases in the target country, using advanced recruitment tools.
    2. Direct search:
      We conduct searches through global networks built by professionals with extensive experience in the industry.
    3. CV screening:
      We verify the required basic competencies through CV analysis and phone screenings (languages, motivations, mobility, availability, etc.).

    2. Interview support:
