SERVITALENT carries out several data handling processes via each website, each for specific purposes.
USER REGISTRATION FORM
Users can use encryption techniques to provide their data and register as a user of SERVITALENT services. The aim of this handing is to have a greater ability to provide the contracted services and to be able to access all available resources and manage your activity on it, which requires that you also accept the conditions of use of the service.

The client, is informed that SERVITALENT will be able, within the legally enabled cases, to communicate his data to the administrative and/or judicial bodies, as well as to other third parties whenever these communications are legally necessary for the provision of the contracted services.
PROVISION OF SERVICES
In some cases, SERVITALENT may hire third parties for the provision of its services, provided that this is required for the execution of the services for which it is hired and, in any case, it shall assume the data controller obligations regulated by the corresponding contract between both parties.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
SERVITALENT requests a series of data and personal information for the following uses:

2.- To manage the requested services. 3.- We may show the CVs of candidates to potential employers for their corresponding evaluation, as part of any of the aforementioned services.
4.-To keep users informed of future vacancies via mail, telephone, email or any other means of communication, provided that the option “Do you want to receive other job offers?” has been selected in the initial application form.
5.- We shall also use personal information for commercial campaigns via mail, telephone, email or other means of communication, provided that the user has given express consent in the initial form, by responding “yes” to the option “Do you want to receive information about Servitalent activities?”
6.- To carry out internal statistical and analytical studies and investigations, such as carrying out studies on recruitment trends, platform record trends, making salary maps by position, making maps of candidate posts received, measuring the effectiveness of assignments/hiring, etc.
7.- To perform tests associated with any service. In this case, whenever these tests are subcontracted to third parties, we shall warn them about the need to protect such personal information with appropriate security measures, prohibiting the use of personal information for their own purposes and preventing them from disclosing personal information to others.

SERVITALENT has a profile on the main online social network (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Slideshare, YouTube and Google+), in all cases it accepts liability for the handling the data of its followers, fans, subscribers, commenters and other user profiles (hereinafter, “followers”). The process that SERVITALENT will carry out with this data will be, at most, the process allowed by the social network for corporate profiles. As such, SERVITALENT may inform its followers by any means allowed by the social network of its services and offers, as well as providing personalised training and/or customer service. In no case will SERVITALENT extract data from social networks without obtaining the timely and express consent of the users. When, due to the very nature of social networks, the effective exercise of the rights of the follower is subject to the modification of his personal profile, SERVITALENT will support and advise him to that end to the best of its possibilities.
