You submit your application for this process because you objectively believe that your professional profile largely meets the requirements requested for the position.
All information you have provided, both in this form and in your professional profile, is truthful, complete, and up-to-date.
The Servitalent recruitment team may contact former colleagues or employers to request feedback regarding your performance in any of the positions you have specified in your professional profile and/or professional social media networks. Your current employer will not be contacted under any circumstances.
You expressly authorize us to present your curricular information to the company that has contracted this search, unless the recruitment team detects any incompatibility (for example, if it is your current employer).
You commit to providing, expanding upon, or clarifying, in a timely and appropriate manner, any curricular information requested by the Servitalent evaluation team, in order to determine your level of competency in the process.
You assume full responsibility in the event of having carried out activities contrary to current legislation that could affect this selection process, exempting Servitalent from any liability.
You will receive information regarding the status of your application exclusively through this platform, to which you will have unlimited access.
Your application and professional background comply with all the principles set forth in Servitalent's professional code of conduct, which you accept upon registration.
You may request additional information regarding decisions made in relation to your candidacy via the dedicated section on the platform. Your request will be addressed if it meets the above requirements.
You commit to maintaining absolute confidentiality regarding the selection process and the individuals involved, particularly with respect to your current employer, whether you terminate your employment relationship with them or not.
Assessed individuals have the right to be treated equally and to be evaluated fairly
The rights of assessed individuals are respected, including courteous, respectful, rigorous, and impartial treatment, regardless of their personal characteristics: age, disability, race, gender, nationality, language, religion, sexual orientation, or others. Servitalent is committed, whenever possible, to accommodating the candidate's language or other special needs or to re-evaluating the process if requested.
The assessment will be carried out using appropriate and professionally validated techniques and instruments. The assessed individual will receive a prior explanation, either oral or written, regarding the purposes of the assessment, the methods used, the intended use of the results, and whether other people will have access to them. They will also be informed in advance about the assessment date, whether they will be able to know their results, and if any fee must be paid. Assessments will be conducted and interpreted by qualified personnel in accordance with professional codes of ethics. Information will be provided on whether the assessment is voluntary, the consequences of not undertaking or completing it, and whether an explanation of the results is planned, which will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
The candidate has the right to submit complaints, claims, queries, or suggestions. Servitalent, in its commitment to quality, pledges to address and resolve them as quickly and satisfactorily as possible. Information will be provided on the procedure to follow regarding any objection to the assessment process or the results obtained.
Results and personal data will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation. Servitalent will treat this information confidentially and it will only be shared with the appropriate people. Should the agreement with the client include feedback to assessed individuals, they will be informed about its nature, format, and deadlines.
During selection processes, and specifically during interviews, Servitalent may proceed – if authorized by the candidate – to record the interview and process it using a cloud tool to obtain a faithful transcription. This transcription, along with the CV (both pseudonymized), will be used to generate a report that will be available to the candidate, through an internal tool based on artificial intelligence technology. Servitalent has carried out an impact assessment in accordance with article 35 of the GDPR. The candidate has the right to:
a) Not authorize the recording of the interview.
b) Not authorize the pseudonymized processing of the transcription and CV using tools based on artificial intelligence.
Consent and its recording will be obtained at the beginning of the interview.
Servitalent reserves the right to automatically disqualify those applications that fail to comply with any of the sections detailed above.
