Launching of the third edition of the Interim Management Hiring Guide 2022 by Servitalent

In Servitalent, with a lot of enthusiasm, we have launched the third edition of our Interim management hiring guide in which we present the results of our own study carried out between the months of February and March 2022, interviewing more than 350 professionals through the professional network LinkedIn, on the current state of interim management in Spain, its profile, missions, fees earned and current issues that may influence the performance of this function of business management.

This document is intended as a simple guide for professionals who decide to undertake their work as interim managers or for those companies that need more information about this management alternative in order to evaluate the hiring of this type of professional services. 

Undoubtedly, 2021 has continued to be an atypical year and a VUCA environment, so in addition to qualitative and quantitative data specific to interim management, we analyze the expectations of professionals for the next 12 months, taking into account the factors that have affected and continue to affect it: Covid-19, teleworking, Next Generation Funds, labor reform and other current economic variables such as inflation, interest rate hikes, rising energy prices, raw material prices, conflict in Ukraine, etc. 

For our founding partner and CEO, Alberto Fernández Varela, the launch of the Guide for the third consecutive year is significant because of the good reception this format has had in previous editions, being already a reference among companies and professionals who have, for one reason or another, business interests in the discipline of interim management.

Meanwhile, Pío Iglesias Carrera, founding partner of Servitalent and Director of Interim Management in the company, comments that the year 2021 has meant an increase and consolidation of the activity in Spain, both for potential users of this type of services that have already taken it into account when making decisions to solve certain casuistic situations of their business, and for professionals who have decided to launch themselves to provide their services or continue developing them, often through providers companies that are energizing and professionalizing the market.
